Hi, I’m Jade.

For most of my career, I’ve worked as an editor, producer, and curriculum designer — basically a creative midwife — for some of the world’s most beloved spiritual teachers: Pema Chödrön, Roshi Joan Halifax, and His Holiness the Dalai Lama, to name a few. Along the way, I’ve also been walking my own path as a Buddhist practitioner and interfaith chaplain, providing emotional and spiritual support to hospice patients and their families as they navigate illness, death, and loss.

As a companion to psycho-spiritual work, making art has always been a lifeline for me: drawing, painting, crafting, and making things just for the joy of it. In hard times, it’s helped me soothe my mind, hear my own heart, and surrender to the flow of life.

The magic in the creative process is that it builds the same muscles we need for a meaningful life: curiosity, courage, play, and the willingness to sit with the unknown. It can shake us out of ruts, surface what’s hidden so it can be healed, and carve out space where real joy (both personal and collective) can grow.

So I’ve turned my passion for spirituality and creativity into an offering: part revelation, part recess, all yours by snail mail. When you become a member, you not only feed your own creative and inner life; you also support my ability to keep offering spiritual and mental health care to the communities I serve.
